The Panasonic GH6 mirrorless camera is here, and it came with a variety of new features and improvements over the popular GH5. This great video review takes a look at the camera and the sort of performance you can expect from it in practice. 

Coming to you from DPReview TV, this excellent video review covers the Panasonic Lumix GH6 mirrorless camera. The GH6 offers a variety of new features and improvements over its predecessor, including: 

  • 25-megapixel sensor offering over 13 stops of dynamic range 
  • No low-pass filter coupled with moiré elimination
  • Internal 5.7K 30p video in Apple Pro Res 422 HQ and DCI 4K at 60p with 4:2:2 10-bit (no recording limits)
  • 300 fps slow-motion in 10-bit Full HD
  • Waveform Monitor, Vector Scope, and Luminance Spot Mete
  • 48 kHz 24-bit audio with built-in mic, 96 kHz 24-bit using external mic
  • High-resolution mode for images up to 100 megapixels
  • 75 fps continuous shooting with electronic shutter and AFS (14 fps with mechanical shutter)
  • 8 fps continuous shooting with electronic shutter and AFC (7 fps with mechanical shutter)
  • 5-axis in-body image stabilization with up to 7.5 stops of compensation
  • Face, eye, head, body, and animal recognition autofocus
  • 3.0-inch 1.84m-dot tilting LCD screen
  • 3.68m-dot OLED electronic viewfinder featuring 0.76x-equivalent magnification
