This camera, which is the successor to the popular PowerShot G7 X Mark II, is the ideal step up for individuals who want to do more than simply take snapshots. The combination of DIGIC 8 and the 1.0-inch Stacked CMOS Sensor results in very high picture quality. When used in conjunction with the f/1.8-2.8 lens, the PowerShot G7 X Mark III produces great results in low-light situations.

When shooting 4K video without cropping, the PowerShot G7 X Mark III gives you the freedom to be more creative with your compositions. Using the Live Streaming feature, you may upload videos that were filmed in real time to YouTube.

  • DIGIC 8 Image Processor & 1.0 inch Stacked CMOS Sensor
  • 4.2x optical zoom (24mm – 100mm)
  • 30fps (Raw Burst Mode – One Shot AF)
  • 20.1-megapixel
  • 4K Video Recording (without crop)
  • Live Streaming

What is it that makes it so special?

PowerShot G7 X

The new PowerShot G7 X Mark III is the first Canon-branded camera to have a touchscreen LCD. Also compatible with Canon’s Stereo Mic System, which employs two microphones on the front of the camera to capture stereo sound for use in post-production. Wireless and NFC capabilities are built-in to the PowerShot G7 X Mark III, allowing for fast picture transmission, remote shooting, and posting to social media platforms.

The PowerShot G7 X Mark III is equipped with an APS-C CMOS sensor with 24MP resolution (the same sensor used in our top DSLR cameras) and DIGIC 8 image processing technology. In low light conditions, this combination produces photos with great resolution while retaining good low light performance. Additionally, it has a better focusing feature that enables users to focus more rapidly than they have ever been able to in the past.

Cons:

This camera’s potential drawbacks include the inability to shoot 4K video without cropping, the absence of support for RAW file formats, and the fact that it only has one SD card slot. In addition, there is no viewfinder on the top of the body, as there is on other versions.

Conclusion

It features all of the bells and whistles you might desire in an entry-level point and shoot camera, and it is priced competitively with its competitors. Among the numerous innovative features available, dual memory slots for both internal storage and external media, Wi-Fi networking, NFC pairing, and a built-in GPS are just a few of those that distinguish it from its rivals.

You can pick up the Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark III Digital Camera that includes the Video Creator Kit with Accessories: Tripod, Memory Card, and Detachable Bluetooth Remote in Black for USD899 on Amazon and its directly from the Canon Shop.
